We understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your items, including delivery timelines, courier services, shipping costs, and additional information.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MYT) will be treated as next-day orders.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales or promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and another notification when your order has been shipped

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our main delivery partners include:

  • J&T Express
  • Pos Laju
  • DHL eCommerce (for certain areas)

All packages come with tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Coverage & Locations

We currently ship to the following areas:

  • Within Malaysia: All states, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • International Shipping: We are expanding and currently support selected international countries. Please refer to the checkout page to check availability for your country.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (Malaysia):
  • West Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–4 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
International (if applicable):
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & North America: 10–20 business days
  • Please allow for customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

We strive to keep our shipping costs affordable.

  • West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM6
  • East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM10
  • Free shipping: Automatically applied for orders above RM150 (within Malaysia)

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Packaging & Sustainability

All orders are packed with care using clean, secure, and protective materials to preserve the quality of your knitwear.

We are also taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint by:

  • Minimizing plastic usage
  • Using recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials when possible

Delays & Undeliverable Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
  • Natural disasters or courier service interruptions

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

Tracking & Order Status

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Courier name and tracking link
  • Estimated arrival date

You can check the delivery status anytime via the tracking link. If you face any tracking issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After the package is processed or shipped, we will be unable to make changes.
