General Return Guidelines

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.
  • All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Due to hygiene reasons, items are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees originally paid (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your refund is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will assist further.

Please note: Refunds will only be made for the item value, not including original shipping fees or return shipping.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process and mention in your email that you’d like an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the price difference.
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded (excluding shipping).
  • You may be charged a new shipping fee for the replacement item.

We will ship your exchange only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, certain products are final sale and non-returnable, including:

  • Undergarments and socks
  • Clearance or discounted items marked “FINAL SALE”
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
  • Items returned without tags, or that appear worn or damaged

We encourage you to double-check sizing and product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Although we conduct strict quality control, errors can occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged, stained, or incorrect item:

  2. Attach clear photos of the defect or damage and include your order number.
  3. If confirmed, we will offer:
    • A free replacement (if available),
    • A full refund, or
    • A store credit, depending on your preference.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

International Orders

We accept returns on international orders, but:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
  • We recommend confirming measurements and product details before placing an international order.

We do not offer exchanges on international orders due to customs and cost complexity.

Store Credits & Discount Codes

If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, we’ll issue a unique discount code equivalent to the item’s value. This code can be used on your next order and will be valid for 6 months.

Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel:

  • You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
  • After this window or once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the normal return policy will apply.
